i know plenty has been written bout the food at Upton Park , but i will go so far as to say i will miss the Steak pies over there that i consider to be amongst the best in the country .

For st patricks day i made mini guiness and steak pies.
You need to finely chop sone steak & onion. slow cook for 4 hours in a crock pot with a can of guiness poured in and a teasppon of mustard.
Spoon that shit into some small pastry pie mounds, put lids on snd cook in the oven until golden

Some frogger has took it upon himself to rid the old city of sparrows. They say some rotten sod roams the city with a net seeking out those sparrows left behind. Roosting unsuspectingly, come dawn they chirp no more. Finding themselves encased in pastry and served up as game pie.
Tell me, since when are sparrows fair game, no Sir, they are not.

Recently i availed myself of a goodly slice of pigs teat and nipple pie, wide and depthy, topped with an unctious pastry lid crust like a fucking delicious chefs hat upon the meaty head of the interior cooked offal.
I partook of it with relish and goblets of finely bubbled rhenish crested with froth clad head that clunged my nose like piss - up barnacles.
If in life the mastication of pie can be declared akin to the sex act, then i vouchsafe that the swallowing of this pie bore me as near to the act of sexual climax as ever did a comely wench touting her splosh wares down gropecunt lane sir
